*DEJ BioStim 12-week clinical study, Revision Skincare.
Applies like a peel without peeling. Works like a biostimulator. If you want firming and lifting results without needles or downtime, this is the one. DEJ BioStim activates the dermal-epidermal junction — where skin renewal actually begins — to boost collagen and elastin from within. Antioxidant phytoacids refine texture at the surface simultaneously.
Not all peels work the same way — or for the same skin. Your provider selects your formula based onyour actual skin, not a menu. Here's what's available.
Six formulas. One matched to your exact concern. Medical-grade medium-depth peels that improve tone, texture, and clarity by encouraging healthy cell turnover. VI Peels go deeper than surface peels — you'll experience peeling (like a sunburn) — and the results match. Six formulas available, selected based on your skin concern. Approved for all skin types.

If you can't take downtime — or your skin runs sensitive, reactive, or dry — this is the option. Epionce works with your skin barrier, not against it. A botanical-acid formula that accelerates cell renewal gently, without disrupting the surface. No visible peeling. No hiding. Just clearer, smoother skin.
There's a middle ground. And it starts with choosing the right peel for your skin — not just the strongest one available.
Before
After
At MedSpa of DFW, every peel starts with a real evaluation — not a preset menu. Our providers bring over a decade of aesthetic medicine to every consultation. Your formula is selected based on your skin type, concern, and tolerance. Not a protocol. Not a guess. And right now, every peel session comes with 20 free units of tox. Peels address texture, tone, and pigmentation. tox handles the lines caused by muscle movement. Together, they cover both causes of aging in one visit.
H. Elaine Ewing, MPAS, PA-C has 18 years experience with 13+ years exclusively in aesthetic medicine — trained alongside plastic and cosmetic surgeons. She chooses your formula based on what your skin actually needs — not what's on the menu. Every application is timed and calibrated to you. No templates. No one-size-fits-all protocols.
Leannza, BSN, RN - Elaine's co-lead at the practice. BSN from Texas Christian University with a clinical background in pediatrics before transitioning full-time into aesthetic medicine. Specializes in neurotoxins and dermal fillers — including your 20 free units of tox when you book your peel. Precise, patient, and trained to the same standard Elaine holds herself to.
I'll admit — I was skeptical at first. But I am absolutely astounded at the transformation. Friends I haven’t seen in a while immediately commented on how good my skin looks.

Results may vary. Individual outcomes depend on many factors.
Your provider evaluates your skin tone, texture, and concerns. They select the right peel formula — or recommend a series — based on what your skin actually needs.
The peel is applied and timed for your formula. Total time: 30–60 minutes depending on your peel. Most patients are back to their normal routine the same day or within a few days for deeper peels.
Most patients see immediate brightening. For medium-depth peels, the real results appear after 5–7 days as skin renews. A series of 3–6 sessions is recommended for lasting change.
Every chemical peel session at MedSpa of DFW right now comes with 20 free units of tox.
Peels smooth texture, even tone, and clear congestion. Tox handles the lines driven by muscle movement — forehead, crow's feet, frown lines. Together, they address both causes of aging in a single visit. Twenty units covers one area. Your provider will help you choose where it counts most.

Will I peel after my treatment?
You will not peel with DEJ BioStim. Most patients return to normal activity the same day. VI Peels are different — medium-depth, you'll experience peeling similar to a sunburn for 5–7 days, and the results match the depth. Epionce is also no-peel. Your provider will walk you through exactly what to expect before you commit.
Twenty units typically covers one area — forehead lines, crow's feet, or frown lines (the 11s). Your provider will review your goals at your consultation and help you decide where to apply it. If you're new to tox, this is a great way to try it without a separate appointment.
Most peels are recommended in a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart for lasting results. Some patients rotate peel types seasonally. Your consultation will result in a recommended plan — not a hard sell.
Yes — both DEJ BioStim and VI Peel are approved for all skin types, including deeper skin tones. DEJ BioStim is clinically documented as safe across all Fitzpatrick levels. VI Peel achieves the same because of how its formulas are structured — six options, each calibrated differently, so your provider selects the one that's right for your skin tone and concern. The formula does the heavy lifting. Your provider factors your skin tone into that choice at your consultation.
