Is there downtime?

Very little. Day 1–2, you'll have mild redness — similar to a light sunburn. Day 3 you may notice slight tightness or surface peeling. By Day 5, most patients are back to normal with noticeably brighter, smoother skin. Heavy exercise and sun exposure should be avoided for 24 hours.
